1. WARRANTY PERIOD & COVERAGE
2-Year Comprehensive Warranty

100% Coverage: We provide full coverage for all parts and labour for the entire product for 24 months from the date of purchase.

Extended Confidence: While the factory standard is often 1 year, THE TRADE MAX extendes this to 2 years for our Australian Customers to guarantee long-term reliability

Postage Benefit: If a warranty repair is required, we will ship the repaired unit back to you free of charge (Return Postage Covered)
2. HASSLE-FREE DIGITAL ARCHIVING
Lose the paperwork, not your warranty. To ensure your records are never lost, we offer a Digital Archiving service.

4. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we offer a refund, exchange, or credit if the goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown.

Hygiene & Safety: Due to health regulations, we cannot accept 'change of mind' returns once the product has been opened or installed.

Restocking Fee: Authorized returns for unopened products may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% plus shipping costs.
5. TERMS & EXCLUSIONS
To maintain your warranty, the product must be installed by a Licensed Plumber (WaterMark™ compliance) and connected to the correct power voltage (220-240V).

Exclusions: Damage from user negligence (drops, impact), unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, or use of harsh chemical cleaners is not covered.
