Congratulations on your purchase of the DAELIMBATH Bidet. Our products are engineered with South Korean precision and high-quality materials to ensure a luxurious bathroom experience. 

To provide you with total peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive warranty that exceeds standard manufacturing policies. 

1. WARRANTY PERIOD & COVERAGE
2-Year Comprehensive Warranty
  • 100% Coverage: We provide full coverage for all parts and labour for the entire product for 24 months from the date of purchase.

  • Extended Confidence: While the factory standard is often 1 year, THE TRADE MAX extendes this to 2 years for our Australian Customers to guarantee long-term reliability

  • Postage Benefit: If a warranty repair is required, we will ship the repaired unit back to you free of charge (Return Postage Covered)

2. HASSLE-FREE DIGITAL ARCHIVING

Lose the paperwork, not your warranty. To ensure your records are never lost, we offer a Digital Archiving service.

  • How to Register: Simply register your DAELIMBATH Bidet above form with your invoice picture

  • The Benefit: Once archived, you won’t need to provide physical paperwork for future support. Your warranty is secured in our system.

3. FAULT & REPAIR PROCESS

Our Customer Care Team is well-trained and possesses in-depth technical knowledge.

  • 99% Resolution: We find that 99% of common issues can be resolved over the phone, saving you time and effort.

  • Streamlined Repair: If a fix isn't possible over the phone, we provide easy-to-use mailing labels. All repairs are conducted by Qualified Technicians, often completed the same day they are received.

  • Fast Turnaround: Repaired goods are typically sent back within 1-2 business days after the service is finalized.

4. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we offer a refund, exchange, or credit if the goods are faulty and cannot be repaired, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown.

  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to health regulations, we cannot accept 'change of mind' returns once the product has been opened or installed.

  • Restocking Fee: Authorized returns for unopened products may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% plus shipping costs.

5. TERMS & EXCLUSIONS

To maintain your warranty, the product must be installed by a Licensed Plumber (WaterMark™ compliance) and connected to the correct power voltage (220-240V).

  • Exclusions: Damage from user negligence (drops, impact), unauthorized repairs, natural disasters, or use of harsh chemical cleaners is not covered.
